Buffalo Bills running back James Cook was next at No. 89:
Here's the full Top 100 so far:
100. Ladd McConkey, WR, Los Angeles Chargers
99. Leonard Williams, DL, Seattle Seahawks
98. Aaron Jones, RB, Minnesota Vikings
97. Drake London, WR, Atlanta Falcons
96. Lavonte David, LB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
95. Josh Sweat, OLB, Arizona Cardinals
94. Sam LaPorta, TE, Detroit Lions
93. Creed Humphrey, C, Kansas City Chiefs
92. Jessie Bates III, FS, Atlanta Falcons
91. Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Miami Dolphins
90. Zach Allen, DE, Denver Broncos
89. James Cook, RB, Buffalo Bills
Allen had been a productive member of Arizona's defense toward the end of his run there. As a full-time starter between 2021 and 2022, he had 95 combined tackles and 9.5 sacks.
The Broncos saw fit to sign the 2019 third-round pick to a three-year, $45.8 million contract in March 2023. He had another solid season as the franchise set the table for the future in Sean Payton's first season as head coach.
In 2024, Allen may have reached a level Denver didn't know he had. According to ESPN.Com, he ranked third among interior defenders in pass-rush win rate, trailing only the Kansas City Chiefs' Chris Jones and Indianapolis Colts' DeForest Buckner.
The 27-year-old helped to anchor a unit that allowed the seventh-fewest yards per game (317.1).
Cook, meanwhile, is coming off a second straight 1,000-yard campaign on the ground. More important than his 1,009 rushing yards were his NFL-best 16 touchdowns, which tied a franchise record.
Being a running back in the same offense as Josh Allen has its pluses and minuses.
Additional rushing lanes are bound to open with opposing defenses keying on the star quarterback. Allen also accounts for plenty of carries himself, though, and totaled 102 in 2024.
Still, Cook got a big enough showcase to receive a second straight Pro Bowl nod. He'll hope for even more this coming year as he looks toward his free agency next spring.
