Kadish was named an All-American during his senior season with the Fighting Irish during the 1971 season. The former defensive tackle battled Parkinson's Disease for 28 years before his death. Kadish was drafted as the No. 25 overall selection by the Miami Dolphins and was on the team's practice squad during its undefeated season in 1972. Kadish left the Dolphins after one season and joined the Buffalo Bills in 1973. He spent the rest of his career in Buffalo, playing for the Bills organization until 1981, recording his best season in 1976, when he recorded a personal-best 6.5 sacks.
